We are happy to accept non-sale merchandise for a refund or exchange or sale merchandise for an exchange or store credit where:
- The goods are in re-saleable condition and the goods have not been worn or used
- The goods have the original tags still attached
- The goods are received back within 30 days of date of purchase
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase /receipt
Any items marked FINAL SALE on the receipt or swing tag, cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, unless unknowingly sold with faults.
Known faulty items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
Unless faulty, the following items are also non-refundable/exchangeable: lingerie, hosiery, jewellery, headwear accessories, cosmetics and nail polish
OUTLETS RETURNS POLICY
Unless faulty, no change-of-mind refunds or store credits will be provided for any clearance items purchased. Subject to availability, an exchange may be provided for an item of the same or greater value than the item being exchanged, subject to satisfactory proof of purchase, the exchanged item being in saleable condition, the exchange occurring on the same day the exchanged item is presented and within 30 days of purchase of the exchanged item.
