RETURNS PROCESS - TO ONLINE STORE
To return an item:
1.) Start the online return process by entering your order number and email address.
2.) Select the item/s from your order that you wish to return. Enter return reason and tracking information.
3.) Confirm your return, this will trigger a return confirmation email.
4.) Pack your item/s in secure packaging.
5.) You must include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase with your item.
6.) Send package including invoice via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery to:

- Review takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please allow two weeks from the day you returned your order for your return to be processed and for your account to be credited.
Review will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
