AS LONG AS THE PURCHASE STILL QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND, YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN:
- An on the spot exchange for another item to the same value with the same reward;
- A refund of the loyalty voucher component onto your members account (which usually takes about 2 days) and the balance (if any) refunded in the same way it was paid – either cash or credit card.
- Please note the return/exchange must be made in the same month that the reward was issued or the Reward may be forfeited if the return/exchange is made in following months.
When making a return, please note that the corresponding amount will be deducted from your accumulated spend progress. This may create a negative spend balance if the value is greater than your current accumulated spend value. Negative spend balances will carry over into each month until you accumulate a spend balance equal to or greater than the negative spend balance value.
