As our loyalty program works on a month to month basis, you will be rewarded for your monthly Loyalty spend at the beginning of the next following month.
For example, you will be rewarded for your total April Loyalty spend at the beginning of May.
You will be notified of your reward by email on the 1st of every month unless the 1st day of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday. If this is the case you will be notified of your reward on the next working day.
Did you make a return? When returning item/s for a refund, please note that the corresponding amount will be deducted from your accumulated spend progress. This may create a negative spend balance if the value is greater than your current accumulated spend value. Negative spend balances will carry over into each month until you accumulate a spend balance equal to or greater than the negative spend balance value. You can log in to your account online or in the Loyalty App to check your current spend balance.
